Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 egg whites
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and cream of tartar.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add sugar mixture gradually and continue beating until mixture will hold its weight.
    Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Pour into spring-form pan and bake in slow oven (275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
