Chili And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 big diced onion
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    2 large cans kidney beans
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 empty tomato sauce can water
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in a big pot.
    Pour off excess grease.
    Add onion and green pepper; brown.
    Add beans and tomato sauce.
    Add water.
    Sprinkle in chili powder; blend in.
    Simmer about 30 minutes and serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
