Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in bowl.
Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into miniature meatballs.
Add to mixture in pan.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
Transfer to chafing dish. Serve hot with wooden picks.
Yield:
40 servings.
