Mexican Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lbs. hamburger meat, browned
    2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    15 to 18 tortillas or chips
    grated cheese, Monterey Jack or cheddar
Preparation
    Mix meat, soups, enchilada sauce, onion and spices.
    Layer in a large baking dish with tortillas or chips.
    Cover with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
