Banana Breakfast Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar, dark and packed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
4 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. raisins or prunes
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (high speed).
On medium speed, beat in egg, salt, cinnamon and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cut into 12 bars.
