Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 doz. clams, picked out
    2 large onions
    2 large potatoes
    5 stalks celery
    1/3 c. flour
    4 to 5 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 or 3 Tbsp. catsup
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Grind onions, potatoes, celery and clams.
    Put fat in bottom of heavy pot.
    Stir in flour.
    Add ground mixture, water and seasonings.
    Boil just until vegetables are tender.
