Perfect Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 2/3 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Mix in a 3-quart bowl the sugar, flour, salt and spices.
    Add pumpkin, egg and milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
