New England Corn And Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, cooked turkey
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. corn
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. sauteed mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Place turkey in the bottom of a greased quiche pan.
    Beat together eggs, milk and flour.
    Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture and pour over the turkey.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
