Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. linguine
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 slices toasted, crumbled bread
    13 oz. minced clams
    8 oz. clam juice
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook pasta as the label directs.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium heat in hot oil, cook the garlic until lightly browned.
    Stir in the bread crumbs and cook until lightly toasted.
    Remove the crumbs from the skillet and set aside.
    Place the clams and their liquid, the clam juice and the wine in the skillet.
    Bring to a boil and cook until the liquid is reduced by 1/3.
    Stir in the parsley, salt and pepper.
    Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce and bread crumbs.
