Louisiana Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed cooked yams
1 1/2 c. canned milk (1 can)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 sticks butter

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cover and steam with another pie plate while cooking.
Top with topping the last 15 minutes of baking.
