Oatmeal Cookies(Crisp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. butter or margarine
2 egg yolks
nuts (optional)
raisins (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
4 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
Mix in flour, soda, salt and oatmeal.
Add nuts and raisins if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
Grease cookie sheets.
