Ingredients

1 (2 layer) cake mix with butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large can cream of coconut milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen nondairy topping (whipped)
1 c. shredded coconut or enough to generously cover cake
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed.
While cake is not, mix sweetened condensed milk with cream of coconut milk.
Make small holes in cake with fork and pour mixture over cake.
Spread it until it soaks in.
Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Also good if whipped topping is not used.
