garlic salt
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. flour
brisket
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; roll brisket in mixture and wrap in foil loosely.
Cook for 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
Cooking the brisket a long time at a low heat will make it very tender.
