Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. butter
4 c. milk
8 eggs
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Use flat oblong casserole dish. Slice bread into strips (remove crusts, if you desire).
Melt butter and margarine. Arrange strips of bread in casserole dish.
Pour melted butter and margarine over bread, saturating it.
