Zucchini Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Beat baking mix, margarine, garlic salt and eggs until well blended.
    Stir in zucchini, green onions and Parmesan cheese. Grease heated pan.
    Use 1/4 cup of mixture for each patty.
    Spread slightly.
    Cook until dry around the edges.
    Turn and cook until golden.
    Makes 12 pancakes.
    Serve as side dish.
