Chicken Waikiki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens, cut up
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (large) cans sliced pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large bell pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour with salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in flour and fry in oil for a few minutes until slightly browned.
    Put in casserole pan.
