Quick Skillet Ground Beef Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. diced tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with the onions; add tomatoes and continue to simmer or cook on low heat.
    Sprinkle cheese over mixture.
    Continue to cook on low until slightly melted.
    Pour beaten eggs over mixture and simmer until done.
    Serve with a salad and dinner roll.
    Season as you cook to your own taste.
