Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded lettuce
    2 Spanish onions, thinly sliced
    2 cans LeSueur peas, drained
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    3 generous heaping Tbsp. sugar
    Parmesan cheese, bacon bits and Cheddar cheese (on top)
Preparation
    Place lettuce in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Layer onions, peas and celery. Spread mayonnaise over all.
    Sprinkle sugar.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
