Honey Apple Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 medium cooking apples (unpeeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings)
mint leaves
cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Saute in wine, chicken broth, vermouth or flavored vinegar. Always use a nonstick pan to cook in and use a nonfat cooking spray.
Never use butter, lard, shortening or hydrogenated vegetable oil to cook with.
