Shortcut Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak strips or 1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's
cream of mushroom or 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
3 c. cooked corkscrew pasta
3 stalks chopped celery
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add beef, celery and onion and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
Drain; put back in skillet.
Add soup, water and pasta.
Heat to a boil.
Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until done, stirring.
Heat through. Serves 4.
