Banana-Pineapple Cake(No Eggs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Add vanilla, bananas, pineapple, nuts and salad oil.
Mix well.
Do not beat.
Pour mixture into a floured and greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
