Congealed Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple and juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and cook to thicken.
Spread in an oblong glass dish.
Top with whipped cream and grated cheese.
