Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. fresh grated apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients. Combine the next 3 ingredients. Combine all ingredients.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake at 350\u00b0.
