Open Face Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice to serve 4
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    corn chips
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Brown ground beef and add tomato juice and the package of taco seasoning.
    Simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
    Separately cook cheese sauce; mix Cheddar cheese soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
    To serve, layer corn chips, rice and meat sauce.
    Then add lettuce and top with cheese sauce.
    Serve 4 to 6 people.
