Quick And Easy Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can red salmon, drain off half of juice
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spread the mixed ingredients into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is slightly golden brown.
    Serves 4.
