Potato Peel Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peeling of 6 to 7 large potatoes
    cheese slices
    bacon or bacon bits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Deep fry potato peels until golden brown.
    Place cheese over peels while hot.
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon or bacon bits on top. Let melt.
    Make sure peels are thick and 4 to 5 inches long.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
