Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    butter or margarine
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Set aside. Butter 48 miniature muffin cups; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (dump out excess).
    Fill tins with mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
    Place about 1/2 teaspoon of cooked topping on each cake.
    May top each cake with favorite pie filling or fruit.
