Honey Kissed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, scraped and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. golden raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine carrots and water in a medium saucepan; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat an additional 10 minutes or until carrots are glazed, stirring occasionally.
