Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed milk, heated to almost scalding
4 eggs
8 oz. Swiss cheese
shaved ham or cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper or dash of cayenne
Preparation

Melt cheese in hot milk.
Crumble cooked bacon or shaved ham into unbaked pie shell.
Add eggs, salt and pepper to milk and cheese mixture.
Pour over bacon into pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes, then bake at 300\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
Best served hot.
