Wyoming Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bacon strips
    vegetable oil
    trout
    salt and pepper
    milk
    flour
    lemons or oranges
Preparation
    Fry bacon in frying pan.
    Add vegetable oil, enough to give you 1/4-inch.
    Salt and pepper trout; dip in milk, then roll in flour that has been salt and peppered.
    Fry at a high heat for approximately 5 minutes per side, starting with skin down.
    Serve with lemon or orange wedges.
