Whole Wheat Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. bran or wheat germ
6 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. currants
chopped walnuts (optional)
2 c. milk
2/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except milk and margarine in large mixing bowl and add milk and melted margarine.
Mix will be sticky.
Drop by large teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
