Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, floured
salt and pepper
1 large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Melt shortening in skillet.
Flour, salt and pepper the pork chops and brown in hot shortening.
Drain off part of the shortening.
Slice the onion on top of the pork chops.
Add mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 soup can of water.
Stir and let simmer until tender.
