Chili And Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, seeded and diced
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice, chiles, cream and one-half of the grated cheese. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
