Pineapple Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple juice (from large can pineapple)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    water
Preparation
    Combine juice, sugar and butter in saucepan.
    Bring to boil. Mix eggs, water and flour to form a paste.
    Add to juice mixture. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Keeps well.
    Serve over any fruit mixture.
