Toni'S Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled, deboned and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
onion to taste
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pt. sour cream
jalapeno peppers, sliced
Preparation

Mix the chicken with salt, pepper and onion to taste.
Heat the soups and chilies in saucepan; mix enough of this mixture with chicken to make it stick together.
