Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh tomatoes
    1 medium cucumber
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 slices avocado
    chopped hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Coarsely chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and onion. Combine in a large bowl.
    In an electric blender, blend tomato juice, cloves, olive oil and vinegar.
    Add to chopped mixture. Serve with warm tortillas topped with melted cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
