Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt butter in pie plate or 8-inch iron skillet in oven.
Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together.
Pour into pie plate or skillet when butter has melted.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, pour off excess butter and fill with fresh fruit or sausage and scrambled eggs.
Makes 1 pancake.
