Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless top round steak
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 medium sized green peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice steak across the grain into strips.
    Brown meat in hot oil in a large skillet.
    Add the peppers, celery, onion, garlic, bouillon, salt and pepper; cover.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch; stir well.
    Add to meat mixture then cook stirring constantly until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
