Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
4 eggs (unbeaten)
4 Tbsp. milk
1 grated lemon rind
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal; toss lightly with fork. Add next 5 ingredients; beat with rotary or electric mixer until smooth and blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Cut while warm.
