Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice, cooked
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 c. diced onion
1 egg
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Preparation

Mix meat, rice, garlic, pepper, onion and egg.
Place 1/2 of cabbage on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put meat mixture on top of cabbage.
Add rest of cabbage.
Mix tomato soup, juice and water.
Pour over casserole.
Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
