Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 sq. bitter chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Shave chocolate and combine with sugar and evaporated milk in a double boiler.
Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until thick, stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla after removing from stove.
Can be stored for weeks in refrigerator.
If desired, may be cooked over a direct flame for 15 to 20 minutes, while stirring constantly with a rotary beater.
