Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Add margarine to hot potatoes.
    Combine with the next 6 ingredients with mixer.
    Stir in pecans, if desired.
    Place mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows during the past 10 minutes of cooking.
    Serves 10 to 12.
