Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. shrimp
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    dash of garlic salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    and
    clean
    shrimp.
    Saute
    onion
    and margarine. Make a sauce mixing soup, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Fold in shrimp and rice.
    Fold
    in
    sour cream.
    Pour into quart buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and garnish with peppers after parboiling 2 minutes.
