Orange Cream Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

orange Jell-O (large size)
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 (medium size) Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in electric mixer until well blended.
Gradually add gelatin mixture, cold water and orange juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put into buttered souffle dish or individual molds.
May be used as salad or as dessert.
