Cocoa Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
7 egg yolks
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
7 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into a small bowl.
Add egg yolks, oil, water and vanilla.
Beat at low speed until blended.
Beat at medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Wash beaters.
Beat egg whites until they are foamy.
Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
Add sugar.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into egg mixture; fold until blended.
Pour batter into 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes, then increase temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes more.
