Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Saute meat, breaking into small pieces as it browns.
Add the spaghetti sauce and salt.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients to prepare a cheese filling.
Place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or casserole dish. Alternate layers of noodles, cheese filling, meat sauce, noodles, filling, noodles and meat sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
