Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 large can tomato puree
parsley flakes
16 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 onion (optional)
1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in olive oil or vegetable oil in large pot.
Cook hamburg in oil with onion.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste to onions and hamburg.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and oregano; stir and simmer.
