*Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. solid pack pumpkin
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
    whipped cream and pecans
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Fold into softened ice cream.
    Pour into crumb-lined pan.
    Cover and freeze until firm.
    Top with whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping and pecans.
    Makes 9 (3-inch) squares.
