Caribbean Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless pork loin chops
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
3/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Place pork chops in a shallow dish.
Make a marinade of other ingredients.
Pour the marinade over the meat.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove meat from marinade. Heat marinade.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with hot marinade.
