The Cake That Doesn'T Last - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 unbeaten eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix together by hand.
    When well blended, pour into large greased tube (angel) pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
